| Cycling chaos in LA! |
| |
|
| The peculiar looking dude in the picture here invited me to go to CicLAvia last minute and I decided to go. Turned out to be a great decision! |
| |
|
| Roads in downtown LA were closed off to cars to leave a nice urban path through the concrete jungle. |
| |
 |
| At its best the mob looked genuinely impressive… I AM IMPRESSED LA CYCLISTS! |
| |
 |
| Steve Jobs looking dudes with purple + lime fixies @_@ |
| |
|
| My whip! And my homie… |
| |
 |
| The main reason why the peculiar looking dude mentioned earlier wanted to go was so that he could meet his idol… Who is this guy? To be honest I wouldn’t know who he was had I walked by him on the street but there was a sign outside the bike store in which he was giving a speech about making cycling a religion... It was indeed the one and only, the honorable, the holy BIKE SNOB of NYC. |

| This guy throws down the pragmatism and the sarcasm one-two-punch! I’ve already read his old book between my visits to Barnes and Nobel but decided to patronize him and get a signed book, probably my first literature purchase (done on my own free will) in decades. |

| LA Skyline up ahead. |
| |
|
| On the bridge across the 101 freeway there was this DJ group blasting house music. BOOM! |
| |
|
| My snobby merchandise. |
